Hi Homie was interested in Lead2Team to eliminate paper business cards, digitize its franchisees, give them a website presence and route property leads to the appropriate consultants.

Hi Homie uses personalized digital cards for each real estate consultant, eliminating the use of paper. These cards allow to share the contact and collect data from the potential client in a digital and modern way.

In order to humanize and offer the customer a reliable and personal web visit, commercial advisors are added to the website, facilitating contact and generating brand transparency.

3. Tracking Portal

Personalization of Digital Cards

Hi Homie agents take full advantage of the customization options of the digital business card, beyond their contact information (phone, email or whatsapp), they can also include direct links to their properties, add videos of the properties, include LinkedIn or their appointment schedule.

Lead2Team helps Hi Homie ensure lead capture and follow-up, and eliminate the hassle of constantly asking for and reviewing paper business cards every time a change is required or a new franchisee joins.

Web Wizard Installation

The installation of the Web Assistant is done by code. HiHomie can decide which profiles to display on the web page, as each agent is assigned an ID that allows filtering the Web Assistant to display the corresponding real estate agent for each property.

In this way, leads are being routed, generating a customer/seller match, building loyalty and humanizing the customer's digital experience on the website.
