What is Lead2Team?
Lead2Team is a digital business card management platform through which you can create a digital profile for yourself or for your entire company and manage it centrally from the administrator portal.
Can I use Lead2Team for free?
Yes! our plan Basic is free forever and allows you to create up to 2 digital profiles. You can register from here.
In case you need more than 2 profiles or want to have access to advanced functionalities you will have to activate a monthly or annual subscription. You can consult here our plans Business, Pro and Premium.
How do I register with Lead2Team?
Do I have to download an app to use Lead2Team?
No. Lead2Team does not require an app, you just have to access the administrator portal with your user account and password.
What information can I add to my profile?
You can add your contact information basic information such as Name, Description, Company Email and a profile picture.
You can also add contact channels such as Phone, WhatsApp, Telegram.
Connect your Calendly calendar, add videos, catalogs or any web link that is of interest to your recipients.
Can I edit my profile whenever I want?
Yes, whenever you want, wherever you are. Just log in to your account and change your profile data. They will be automatically updated in your digital card.
How do I reset my password?
From app.lead2team/com click on "Forgot password"and you will receive an email to set a new password.

What is the difference between Business, Pro and Premium plans?
The Business plan is designed for professionals who want to enhance their networking and exchange contacts easily. It allows the addition of 4 connectors on the card and access to analytics.
The Pro plan is designed for teams and includes 10 connectors per card, access to analytics and the tools to create email signatures with qr and QR code generator.
The premium plan includes 20 connectors per card, contact widget for the web and integration with the sales CRM.

I need a customized plan, can I schedule a demo?
If you have a team of more than 20 people or want a tailor-made plan you can request a demo and we will contact you.
Can I buy NFC cards for all the equipment?
Can I customize the design of the NFC cards?
Yes, from our store shop.lead2team.com choose the product "Personalized NFC card"and upload your design. In case you need advanced customization, please contact support@lead2team.com
Do Lead2Team NFC cards work with all cell phones?
Yes, Lead2Team cards come with the Lead2Team technology. NFC for newer phones and QR codes for non-NFC phones. Even if the other person does not have your phone, you can share the card via text message, email, whatsapp and more.
Business Card for Apple or Google Wallet
Is the Lead2Team digital card for Wallet available?
Yes! You can add any Lead2Team digital business card to your Apple or Google Wallet. Sign up for free on the platform and follow the instructions.
How many Lead2Team digital business cards can I add to my Apple or Google Wallet?
As many as you have.
It doesn't matter if you have one digital card or several. You can download them all to your Wallet and have them at hand to share your contact in a very fast and practical way.
Can I set up Apple or Google Wallet for all my equipment?
Of course!
Apple and Google Wallet functionality is available to all users, on all our plans. Simply create your team's digital profiles and send them their Wallet card.

Lead2Team NFC cards
What is an NFC Business Card?
It is a physical PVC card with a QR code and NFC technology. Inside it contains a chip on which you can record the URL of your digital card.
Does Lead2Team software require a monthly subscription?
It is not necessary to activate a subscription to be able to use the NFC card. Lead2Team Business, Pro and Premium payment plans include advanced functionalities but are completely optional.
You only need to create a free profile to obtain the URL of your digital card.

How does the Lead2Team NFC card work?
Just touch the NFC card to a mobile device. The other person will then be able to access your digital profile and interact with the content/links on your card or exchange contact with you.
Where on the cell phone do I have to bring the card close to it for it to detect the NFC?
iOS: brings the card close to the top back of the phone.
Android: brings the card close to the center back of the phone.
What is the QR on the Lead2Team NFC card for?
All iPhones have NFC technology.

Remember that your card also has a QR Code that the other person can scan in case NFC does not work.
Does NFC technology always work?
NFC does not usually give connectivity problems, but it may not work in the following cases:
- Your cell phone does not have NFC technology
- You have deactivated the NFC function of your cell phone.
- You have your cell phone in "battery saving" mode.
- Your cell phone is locked (on some devices it is necessary to unlock the home screen first and then bring the NFC card near)
- You have your camera or flashlight turned on
Remember that your card also has a QR code that the other person can scan in case the NFC does not work..
How do I exchange my contact with another person from the Lead2Team NFC card?
From your digital profile you can activate the fNetworking functionality that will display the "Save contact" button on your digital card. This way, you can exchange contact data with another person and save the new contact in the phone's address book.
Please note that Networking functionality is only available in our plans. Business, Pro and Premium. It is not included in the Basic plan, which is free.
How long does my Lead2Team NFC card last?
The NFC card has no expiration date. It will work as long as you have an active digital profile in Lead2Team and it is linked to the NFC card.
Can I track interactions with my NFC business card?
Yes, from the Lead2Team dashboard you can see the interactions that have been generated from the NFC card; such as the number of touches, clicks and profile leads.

How many NFC cards can I buy?
What payment options are available?
You can pay by VISA and Mastercard. You will immediately receive an invoice with the details of your purchase to your email.
Can I customize the design of the NFC card?
Of course! From the store you can select the customizable NFC card product and start with the design.
Here you can consult the instructions for the design of your card.
How do I link my Lead2Team profile to the NFC card?
From your cell phone
- Hold the card close to your cell phone or scan the QR code on the card.
- A link will open in the browser. Follow the steps that appear on the screen.
From the computer (recommended if you are going to activate several cards)
- Log in to your Lead2Team account and access the NFC section.
- Activate the card: Enter the code below the QR code on the card.
- Link the card to a profile.
I have a team, can I link several profiles to each card?
Yes, we recommend that you activate the cards by accessing the administrator portal from your computer.
In the NFC section you will have to enter the code on each card one by one and link it to each profile.
Can I reassign the associated profile of the card to be used by someone else?
Yes, from the NFC section you have the list of NFC cards activated and linked to a profile. Just edit the card you want to reassign, choose another person's profile and save the changes.
Shipping and Returns Policy
How many days will it take for my order to arrive?
Days may vary depending on your country of origin. Approximate shipping days for Spain, Portugal and Andorra are 3 to 5 days, for Europe 5 to 10 days, and the rest of the world 10 to 20 days.
Are there shipping costs?
Yes, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, once you have indicated your shipping address.
Can I return my order?
We do not accept card returns. If you have any questions, contact us at support@lead2team.com and we will advise you on your purchase.
I need a company invoice for my purchase
Once you have proceeded with the payment, you will receive the invoice of your purchase to your email address.
I need to change my purchase invoice data
To change the details of your purchase invoice, please send us an e-mail to billing@lead2team.com indicating the order number and the data to be modified.
