Onboarding email does not arrive

If a team member does not receive the onboarding email, follow this diagnostic checklist.

Checklist

  1. Check your SPAM or junk mail folder.
  2. Verify that the email address on the card is correct (no typos)
  3. Verify that the card is active
  4. Try to resend the onboarding email
  5. If you use corporate email, ask IT to whitelist the Lead2Team domain.
