The company's QR code, always up to date
Each signature includes the employee's personal QR code, which links directly to their digital ID.
The key point: the QR code is dynamic. If the administrator updates the card’s information via the portal—or if the card is connected via API to the company’s ERP system—the QR code on the card always reflects the latest version. Employees don’t have to download anything new.
The logo is no longer static. It has become an active, constantly updated channel of communication.
Truly responsive
The editor includes a desktop/mobile toggle to preview the signature at 320px before sending it.
On mobile devices, the columns are stacked vertically and the QR code is hidden—the recipient is already on a mobile device and cannot scan it. Contact information is never split in half.
And for Outlook, there's full compatibility. The layout holds up.
Incomplete data isn't a problem
If an employee doesn't have a photo, website, or LinkedIn profile, those sections will disappear automatically. You can enable the «hide empty fields» option to see what the signature will look like in its final version before activating it.
One signature per person, or more
You can assign multiple signatures to the same person. All of them will be included in the onboarding email so they can choose which one to use depending on the context.
For example: a standard corporate email signature and one designed to solicit reviews. The employee uses one or the other depending on the situation.
The onboarding process is simple: you’ll receive an email with a link that you copy and paste into the footer of your email client. From then on, if you make changes to the signature tomorrow, new emails will automatically display the latest version—without anyone having to do a thing.
