Grupo Transcoma is an institution with more than 210 years of experience in logistics and the maritime sector. With a solid and diverse structure composed of 13 different brands, the challenge was to modernize its networking without losing control of the corporate identity of each one.
They sought to digitize 100 professionals in the commercial and management areas, in an organized manner, respecting the independence of each brand but maintaining global control from the parent company.
The challenge of managing 13 corporate identities
For a group with this volume of brands, traditional cards presented problems that paper could no longer solve. They needed to separate the management of each company while maintaining global control, keep the logo and colors of each brand strictly, and eliminate the logistics of physically sending cards to each location.
Autonomy was key: that each brand could operate independently without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Dashboard with hierarchical structure
The solution was to create a Master Admin account with 13 separate sub-accounts, designed to scale as the group grows. Each sub-account operates with its own visual identity, and the master administrator can add new brands to the dashboard and assign their corporate styles in minutes.
The profile creation process was simplified by using specific forms. By choosing the sub-account and filling in the employee's data, the card is automatically generated with the predefined design of that brand. No manual adjustments, no margin for error.

Immediate onboarding email distribution
To eliminate logistical problems, we implemented the Onboarding Email system. With a single click from the dashboard, the worker receives his digital card in his mailbox along with instructions to install it on his cell phone and start capturing contacts immediately.
No need to send anything physical. The professional has his networking tool ready from day one, wherever he is.

Total control without dependence on anyone
Upon implementation, Grupo Transcoma transformed fragmented management into a centralized and efficient system.
