I cannot add connectors

If you cannot add connectors to a card, it may be because you have reached the limit or you have to manage the connectors from the Equipment Connector (common template).

Diagnostic steps

  1. Verify that Team Manager is activated
  2. Checks if the card has Template assigned
  3. If you have Template, you manage the connectors from Equipment Connectors
  4. Refresh the page and try again
