The Web Assistant is a paid functionality (add-on) that allows to add the digital cards inside the company's website, as a help button for visitors to contact someone from the team.
⚠️ **Important:** The Web Assistant is not included in the Digital Card Plan. Activate it from **Subscription**.
What is the Web Assistant
The Web Assistant is not a chatbot. It makes the team visible within the website so that visitors can contact using the buttons configured on each card (phone, WhatsApp, email, etc.).
It helps to humanize the web and make the contact not so cold, showing real people. Very useful for:
- Automotive
- Insurance
- Real estate
- Sectors where personal accompaniment is important
How to configure the Web Assistant
- Activate the Web Assistant from Subscription
- Go to Sharing > Tools > Web Wizard
- Copy the HTML code
- Paste it on your website (or install the plugin if you prefer)
Available filters
The Web Wizard allows you to create filters to show different people depending on the section of the website:

| By team | Show only the sales team on the sales page |
| Per person | Show only a specific person |
| By location | Display the equipment of the nearest office |
In the Web Wizard section you will find the tables with the IDs of each card to use in the filters.
