Templates create a reusable connector structure that applies to multiple cards. When you update the Template, the change is reflected in all assigned cards.

Custom fields
You can create custom fields and add more tags. For example: {{address}}, {{central office}}, {{geographic_zone}}.
Practical example
Commercial team of 20 people. All of them need:
- Email → {{email}} (dynamic)
- Telephone → {{telephone}} (dynamic)
- LinkedIn → {{linkedin}} (dynamic).
- Corporate website → www.empresa.com (static)
- PDF catalog → link to PDF (static)
With individual connectors: 6 connectors × 20 persons = 120 manual configurations.
With a Template: you set it once and it applies to all 20 cards.
⚠️ **Important:** The dynamic tags only work if the corresponding data are filled in each person's file.
💡 **Tip:** Combine dynamic (with tags) and static (without tags) connectors in the same Template.
