Create your first Template

Create a Template to define the connectors once and apply them to as many cards as you need.

⚠️ **Important:** You need Team Manager activated.

How to create a Template

1. Go to Equipment Connectors (or Templates) in the side menu
2. Click on Create Connector
3. Enter a descriptive name (e.g. «Commercial Template»).

Adds dynamic connectors

Dynamic connectors are customized for each individual using tags:

1. Click on Add connector
2. Select the type (Email, Phone, LinkedIn)
3. In the value field, use the tag: {{email}}, {{telephone}}, {{linkedin}}

Adds static connectors

Static connectors are the same for all (web, catalog, video):

1. Click on Add connector
2. Type the URL directly (without tags)

Order and store

1. Drag the connectors in order to sort them
2. Click on Save

Next step

Assign the Template to your cards from Team Connectors > [your template] > Assign tab.

💡 **Tip:** Use the tag selector if available, instead of typing them manually. You will avoid typos.
