View contact history

Lead2Team stores a complete history of all contacts collected.

How to access

1. Go to Contacts, Leads o Forms in the side menu

1. You will see a list sorted by date with: name, email, phone, company, origin card, date and time.

1. Use the filters to find specific contacts: by date, by card, by name or email address

💡 **Tip:** Check the history at least once a week to identify leads without follow-up. A lead with no follow-up is a lost opportunity.
